Track-A-Matter

By entering your reference number and password, the Track-A-Matter system allows you to keep up-to-date with your file at any time via the internet.  The system is updated frequently when key stages of the conveyancing process have been reached.  There is also the facility to communicate with us via the message centre, as well as receiving email and SMS Text Messaging Updates.

This enables you, the client, to have up-to-the minute information on your file 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
We believe this is an extremely useful service and one that we provide free of charge.

Email & SMS Text Messaging Updates

Through the Track-A-Matter system you are able to receive email and SMS text messaging updates to let you know when certain stages of the conveyancing process have been completed.

 

This service is available at no extra charge.

 

Home Information Packs

Home Information Packs are one of the biggest governmental changes to affect the housing market in recent years.

HIPs are now necessary for ALL properties being marketed for sale. Sales under transitional arrangements have until 31st December 2008 before they will require a HIP.

Example of Typical HIP fees:

Freehold HIP in Medway and Maidstone Council areas (other councils have higher search fees) will be £249 (inc VAT). The actual cost of the HIP component parts (disbursements) will be £199. Our "fee" for compiling it will be £50 (£42.55 plus VAT). We will the offer a £50 reduction in our standard sale Conveyancing fee.

A leasehold HIP has additional £20 on top of this for additional required documents.
